Alumina powder is made of industrial aluminum hydroxide or industrial aluminum oxide and calcined at appropriate temperature to form stable crystalline alpha-alumina products. Calcined alpha - alumina as raw material, through a large closed drum ball mill ,the Alumina is refined into alumina powder or sand.

Alumina is an industrial material used to produce aluminium ingots. Aluminum oxide powder can be used in such industries as electronic equipment, structural ceramics, refractory materials, wear-resistant materials, polishing materials, welding materials and ceramic glaze.
